Due to our continued growth we are delighted to be seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our established Talent Management team in Sligo. The role will actively manage the talent acquisition life cycle for the hiring of Engineers, Technicians and Technical Staff. Your Responsibilities: Developing business relationships, networks and communities with talented Engineers and Technicians who have the potential to join LotusWorks. Identification and execution of appropriate talent acquisition activities to source & attract suitably qualified candidates. Sourcing of talent through social media campaigning, strategic web based advertising, third level colleges and our internal database. Liaise with internal Key Account Managers to coordinate the hiring processes. Identifying pro-active methods of Talent Acquisition and continuously seek for new ways to enhance internal service delivery. Managing post interview evaluations with site managers and providing interview feedback to unsuccessful candidates as requested. Negotiating with candidates with regard to offer on successful completion of the recruitment process. Maintaining recruitment database to ensure that both job & candidate information is kept up-to-date. Other reports and ad hoc duties that arise. Requirements: You will have an HR / Engineering Degree / Diploma or equivalent professional qualification. You will have a minimum of 2 years Technical Recruitment experience, either in-house or in a recruitment agency. Excellent skills in Social Media recruitment. The ability to work in a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment. The ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have a strong understanding of the activities of Technician and Engineering personnel, associated with Electrical, Mechanical, Controls/Automation and Validation disciplines. You will be self-motivated individual who can prioritise & manage your time while working in partnership within a team.
