The Company. This long-established Irish engineering consultancy provide a wide range of Civil and Structural Engineering services. They take projects from Conception Stage through Engineering Design and Detailing to Tender Stage, and on through the Construction Stage of the project to Final Certification. Industries served include Commercial/Retail, Educational, Manufacturing/Pharmaceutical, Health, Sports & Recreation, Public Buildings, Domestic housing and Religious. They currently have requirements for Structural CAD Technicians and Structural Engineers to join their team. These roles will initally be based in their Sligo head office but there will be scope to move to Galway, upon company expansion, within the next 12 months. Structural Engineer requirements: The Engineer should have strong design experience in structural steel, concrete and masonry with some site experience as a project engineer, and be a strong communicator, with experience dealing with main contractors and design teams. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a consultancy is an essential requirement for this role. Permanent role, salary is DOE. Structural CAD Technician requirements: The successful candidate will have good AutoCad and Revit Skills with preferably some experience of RC Detailing.
