Are you an experienced Sales Team Leader with proven experience of motivating and coaching a new domestic sales team for a market leader? Keen to join an innovative business during an exciting period of growth? We also want to hear from sales professionals needing to make the transition into sales management roles. Reporting into our Southern Domestic Operations manager, the Sales Team Leader will focus on signing new domestic clients with their team and set the required standards. You'll have responsibility for your own team target whilst working with the Operations manager to ensure that the new team is working effectively towards their target and monthly KPIs with the ultimate aim of growing customer numbers. With our award winning structures, you’ll train and develop your team to understand our sales cycle from start to finish – and you’ll also help them understand the bigger picture. A team leader role is a challenging position in a competitive sector. You will need to be motivated by targets and incentives, and have a desire to perform. Experience Required: Support the sales team to achieve revenues, KPIs and a high level activity; Ensure company standards are met including staff sickness & timekeeping / Active headcount; Provide feedback to the on issues/training needs affecting the sales team; Have regular meetings with the operations manager to discuss individual team's objectives; Build relationships with other departments and ensure relationships are maintained; Ensure all team members have up to date and relevant information and sales collateral; Ensure all team members have up to date and relevant sales force pipeline. To consistently focus on improving the individual performance of team members through training and coaching; A general understanding of the Microsoft Office suite; (word, excel, Power point.
