What you need to know. My client a multinational medical device design, development and manufacturing facility is looking to recruit a Production Supervisor . As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team to meeting production schedules in a continuous improvement environment. Your new job. Supervise the production operations and ensure that KPIs and metrics are delivered on. Ensure production and shipping schedules are met. Ensure all aspects of the product and documentation are completed in accurately and in accordance to guidelines. Develop and build a motivated and results driven team. Promote quality and continuous improvement within the team. Manage the performance of direct reports. Ensure manufacturing floor and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. What are we looking for? Science/Quality related Degree. Strong supervisory/management experience. 3 years experience in similar role supervising production operations.
