What you need to know. You will work as an NPI Technician and will work for our Medical Devices client based in Co. Roscommon. This is a permanent opportunity initially with excellent opportunities for career progression. You will provide technical support to NPI teams and will work with NPI Engineers. Salary and package is negotiable for the right candidate and dependent on experience. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Optimization of equipment and processes. Execution of process development and optimization. Develop Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for process technologies. Collection of process data for ongoing process optimization. Liaise with suppliers for tooling, equipment and services. Install and commission new equipment. Support an innovative culture. Support efficient transfer to production by training materials and plans. What are we looking for? Desirable: Apprenticeship in Toolmaking or electrical or equivalent. 3-5 years’ experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals. Strong knowledge of problem solving on process and equipment.
