You will report directly to the Food Service Manager and your duties will include: Staff training (cooking procedures, upselling, food safety, customer service. Ordering/stock control. New product introduction. Ensuring highest standards of food safety and hygiene. To be considered for this role, suitable candidates will possess the following qualities: A passion for the fast food business. Candidates will be self motivated and innovative. You will have leadership skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role, in a premium fast food environment. Have food safety/HACCP knowledge.
