Background: The company was founded in 2006 and has since grown into one of the leading BIM consultancies in Ireland. As well as being a working BIM practice, ENGdoc is also an Autodesk Approved Training & Certification Centre. The company offers a range of support for the construction and pharmaceutical industries, including BIM consultancy, Revit modelling, point cloud scanning, handover documentation and training. We are currently recruiting for a new member to add to our team: Job Title: BIM Contracts Administrator. Location: Engineering Documentation Ltd., 1st Floor, Westward Town Centre, Bridge Street, Sligo. Reports to: Managing Director. Responsibilities: Generating quotations for potential clients. Managing confirmed orders to ensure all invoicing/administration details are in place. Liaising with clients and ENGdoc project managers. Arranging internal company meetings. Managing the companies R&D requirements. Carrying out internal audits in line with company procedures and conventions. Generating reports to assist the Managing Director and Finance Manager with invoicing and tracking marketing/profitability trends. Tracking client feedback. Client conflict resolution. Analyse and mitigate risk. Assisting project managers in resource scheduling administration. Requirements: Candidates will ideally have experience in a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills. Excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to prioritise, manage time well and multitask. A high level of attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Experience of Autodesk Revit and BIM standards/procedures would be an advantage. Closing Date for Applications: Wednesday 7th June 2017. Start Date: Immediate start. Remuniration: Negotiable depending on experience. Contract: Full-time with 3 month probationary period.
