Our client a Childcare Practice based in Sligo, is seeking to recruit an experienced Kitchen Cook. Job Summary: To Plan & Provide high quality, nutrious meals in a safe & hygienic environment. Keep kitchen area clean at all times. Ensure hygienic handling & correct storage of food. Ability to cater for special dietary needs. Experience & knowledge of commercial food preparation. Ideal Candidate must possess the following criteria: HACCP Certified. Possess at least 2 years experience as a kitchen cook. Ability to plan varied & nutritional meals. Ability to work as part of a team. First Aid. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 3.30pm.
