Food and Beverage Supervisors required in a busy four star establishment in Sligo. Great oppurtunity for candidates with a strong backround in the food and beverage department. Salary will depend on candidates experience. The ideal candidate should possess the following: Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced enviroment. Previous experience in a similar role in a 4/5 * establishment. High level of customer service skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Will work closely with management and chefs to ensure the smooth running of the bar and restaurant. Ensure the standard operating procedures are being implemented and followed.
