The ideal candidate will possess the following: Previous experience preferably in volume a la carte restaurants on the high street. Kitchen Management & ability to manage a dedicated team. Is hands on with a team working attitude. Great eye for food presentation without effecting the taste quality. Cost focused coupled with portion control. Food Safety trained and HACCP compliant.
