Our client is looking for a Support Officer on a fixed term contract (up to 31/12/18. You will be responsible for implementing effective data administration systems, the production of information and the provision of general administrative support within the team. The ideal candidate will have strong administration experience (at least 2 years), excellent analytical skills and good attention to detail. The position can be based in one of two locations; Sligo or Monaghan. Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative support and back up to other team members. Implementing and maintaining efficient and effective administrative systems. Dealing with internal/external queries and information requests. Maintain and update systems and run database reports. Monitor data submitted by funded groups and notify errors/omissions to appropriate team members. Key Requirements: Relevant third level qualification (e.g. Certificate, Diploma, accounting technician/recognised payroll qualification), or equivalent is desirable. Administration work experience/ knowledge. Strong organisational skills. Computer literacy particularly in CRM systems, SharePoint, and MS packages e.g. Excel, WORD and Outlook. An understanding of the operation of databases. Knowledge of workings of the community/voluntary/public sector would be desirable.
