Acrow Recruitment is seeking an Operational Supervisor to work with a well-established civils contractor for work within the Sligo/Leitrim region. This position is to join an Operating team that ensures the treatment of sewage and waste water to the required standard. Duties will include: •Liaise and co-ordinate with Operations Management and team members on operating activities. •Manage a team of operators at the various Waste water treatment plant site. •Liaise with supporting M&E teams to complete reactive and proactive maintenance. •Identify commercial and optimisation opportunities and execute commercial responsibilities. •Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports (Internal and external. •Work with Design Build Project Managers to minimise impact of upgrade works and also to manage process commissioning activities. Requirements: •Degree/Diploma in Environmental Science or related qualification. •5+ years related experience in Water/ Waste Water Operations. •Proficient in IT. •Ability to communicate and build relationships with clients and engage teams to deliver on results.
