Field Sales Representative: Hardware/DIY Product knowledge : Conaught. Responsibilities. Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets and KPI targets within specific territory of Connaught. Maintain existing client base through strong Account Management skill set. Develop new business through proactive business development. Upsell and cross sell product range to existing client base. Identify and make contact with new potential business opportunities. Follow-up quotations. Ensure optimum customer service at all times. Requirements. Proven track record Selling into Builder Provider/Merchants, Retail Hardware and Co-ops distinct advantage. Prior Builder Provider/ Domestic Hardware product knowledge Essential. 3-5 years direct sales experience in a Construction related industry -ESSENTIAL. Excellent interpersonal, communication, sales and Customer Service skills. Domestic Hardware, Retail Hardware, Hardware Department, Gardening, Hand Held Tools.
