Purchasing Account Manager - Mayo & Sligo - Operating as an on-site Purchasing Account Manager with the management of goods on site within the stores area. Responsibilities: On a day-to-day basis place stock replenishment orders and arrange the necessary logistics to insure the correct product is delivered in a timely manner. Responsible for running re-order reports from the customers and ensure store is ran correctly. Response for cycle counting . You will providing price quotations to customers and maintain records of quotations provided for audit purposes. Working closely with Customers Purchasing and Finance teams to insure a smooth process flow through purchase, receipt and issue. You are responsible for placing purchase orders for new and existing products , identifying and managing cost improvement initiatives . Liaise with external suppliers and all aspects of the operation, to maintain proactive successful relations. Processing Sales Orders and controlling Company's owned inventory. Monitor and review performance against agreed plans and budgets, taking prompt and appropriate action to correct any shortfalls in performance. Review operating systems, procedures and practices on an ongoing basis, Review all stocking profiles and identify procedures that can effectively be implemented to reduce any related cost. Requirements: Proficient in MS tools, Word / Excel / Project / PowerPoint ,Must have purchasing experience 3-5 years. Must have worked previously on ERP systems, Project management skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving team environment with Good negotiation skills. Understanding of supply chain systems and processes; with Attention to detail.
