Our client, a long established general contracting company, is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor, with Building and/or Civils experience, to join their Sligo team. Requirements: • Third level Degree in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying. • Minimum of 1+ years’ relevant experience. • Ideally some exposure to pricing projects, dealing with interim payments, negotiating with sub-contractors. • Ideally some exposure to varying Irish Forms of Contracts and Contract Procedures and Protocol. • Competent in all forms of surveying packages, Microsoft Excel, Buildsoft, etc. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good attention to detail, with an analytical approach and ability to work using your own initiative. Salary and benefits package will depend on experience.
