My client, a hyper-growth, global software company headquartered in New York, is opening an office is Sligo and is looking for a Sales development Manager. They are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Sales Development Manager who will manage and motivate an 8+ Sales team. The Manager is responsible for driving high quality results, leading by example and will also be a key individual sales contributor. The successful candidate will play a major role in further developing our business in Sligo, Ireland. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead an inside Sales Development Team. Drive key performance metrics, including executing on outbound calls, meeting and exceeding individual and teams’ goals. Experience utilizing Salesforce to ensure activities are and documented properly. Ability to generate accurate forecast to properly project quarterly and yearly team results. Ensure quality generation, education and nurturing of leads. Motivate and inspire the team to grow, raise the bar and exceed expectations. Key Requirements. Bachelor’s degree required. Coach and motivate talent. Not afraid to get on the phone and cold call. Exceptional people management skills; able to inspire and foster the right behaviours in others leading by experience. 5+ years of experience in technology or software sales role; proven track records of sales success. High energy, endurance and fast-paced personality. 3-5 years of sales management experience required. Goal and performance oriented. Fluent(Bi-Lingual) English, Dutch and German speaking a plus.
