My client a leading bakery are currently looking to hire an experienced Van Sales Manager to look after the existing team of Van sales and Area Managers. The role: Full management of the Van sales service for the company. Management of 5 Area Managers who have 40+ van sales reporting into them. Planning and execution of sales strategy for the van sales division both direct and agency. Working towards daily and weekly targets and plans. Sample week would be- 1 day per week on Van with driver, 2 + days with Area Managers and 1 day per week in head office. Reports into Head of Sales. Ideal Person. Previous van sales management experience. Experience managing 20+ van routes. previous experience in bread sales would be an advantage.
