Cpl are currently working closely with our client in the Sligo area for the recruitment of a Validation Engineer. Job Purpose. Reporting to the Validation Lead to develop a culture of accountability, empowerment, continuous improvement, customer focus, collaboration, involvement and development of oneself within the Validation role. Driving continuous improvement on site within the areas of Validation, Quality and GMP practices. Communication with all Value Stream/Members and the global community within GSK. Responsible for generation of validation protocols and reports to support Equipment Qualification, Process Validation and Cleaning Validation Studies. Scheduling of these Studies by effective liaison with Site Personnel. Execution of these Protocols with assistance from Value Stream Operators and Site Engineers. Ensuring that all Protocols and Reports are written to align with Site Procedures and GMP Guidelines. Development and Validation of Analytical Methods to support new Validation Activities. Adherence to Validation Schedule and escalation of issues relating to Validation Activities to the Validation Lead. Addressing, trouble shooting and resolving inspection issues as they occur in relation to validation testing, addressing exception documentation, performing investigations and identification of root cause. Assisting in the technology transfer of new products and packs by providing analytical support, review of appropriate documentation, equipment evaluations, etc. Providing analytical support in various forms such as method development, out of specification investigations etc. Executing experiments as required supporting Method Validation, Cleaning Validation, regulatory requests and stability etc as required. Supporting the installation, qualification or validation or new equipment or products or new technologies onto the site. Education. Level 8 Engineering Degree or similar qualification. Preferred Experience. 3-5 years Validation Experience in a similar environment, with exposure to Equipment and Facility Qualification. Experience in Process and Cleaning Validation. Experienced in CAD Software and capable of generating P&ID drawings. Identification and implementation of process efficiencies.
