Our Client in the West of Ireland requires a Chemical Engineer to assist with New Product Introduciton and Development. This vacancy has been made available due to the rapid expansion of the site and the acquisition of new products. Main Responsibilities: -To provide planning and leadership of technical transfers for future product introductions to the site. -Preparation of feasibility studies and operating budgets for future product introductions to the site. -Leadership of commissioning and validation activities during project start-up. -Provide process engineering support to all functional departments and identification and project management of continuous improvement projects. -Project Management of medium scale capital projects. Education - A relevant third level qualification in a Chemical engineering or related technical discipline. Job Skills: -Experience in process engineering, with relevant experience of batch processing, automation, technical transfers, scale up, commissioning and validation in a cGMP pharmaceutical industry. -Experience in new product introductions to pharmaceutical facilities is essential. -Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting the predefined quality requirements are required.
