Bar & Restaurant Supervisor - Contemporary Boutique Hotel, West of Ireland. We are seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor for a contemporary hotel in Mayo. This boutique property prides itself on providing exceptional service to guests in beautiful surrounds. Responsibilities. Train, motivate and supervise staff in the bar and restaurant area. Interact positively with customers promoting hotel facilities and services. Evaluate staff performance, give guidance and discipline as necessary to produce a quality product. Develop and maintain an excellent rapport with all employees. Schedule and direct staff in their work assignments. Resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties. Interact with the chef regarding dining room operation, timing, presentation and specifications. Ideal Candidate. Experience in a similar role in a 4* hotel or boutique style property. Excellent knowledge of food and wine. Passion for delivering outstanding service. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead a team and work well under pressure.
